Let’s connect
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, feeling overwhelmed, or simply longing for a space where you can exhale and feel understood, you’re welcome here.
I offer compassionate, trauma-informed counselling for individuals and couples in Greater Saint John, New Brunswick and virtually across NB. Use the form below to ask a question or begin the process of working together.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and it’s completely okay if you’re unsure where to begin. In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know what’s bringing you in, exploring some of your story, and finding a starting point together. You don’t need to have everything figured out, perfectly worded, or even know your goals yet — I’ll help guide the process.
You’re always in control of what you share and when. We move at your pace, and there’s no pressure to talk about anything you’re not ready for. Many people leave a first session feeling both relieved and hopeful, even if taking that first step felt big.
If you’re postpartum or in an early season of parenting your baby/toddler is always welcome to join you. Of course you’re welcome to make childcare arrangements but please know it’s not necessary for our session to happen. Whether virtual or in person - bring your little one!

My approach to therapy is rooted in somatic and trauma-informed practices, alongside a deep belief that whatever you are experiencing makes sense within the context of your story and experiences.
I believe meaningful change begins within a supportive therapeutic relationship — one where you feel seen, heard, and safe enough to explore yourself with honesty and compassion. I also deeply value helping to bring clarity to the human experience: gently untangling and demystifying the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that can feel confusing or overwhelming during difficult seasons of life.
Alongside my lived experience, I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities and ideas, including Self-Compassion, AEDP, somatic therapies, Polyvagal Theory, Inner Child and Parts Work, and Narrative Therapy, to offer a holistic and compassionate approach to care.

Yes. Virtual sessions are available to anyone in New Brunswick. They are also a great option should weather or sickness make getting to your in person session tricky. I may also be able to offer virtual sessions if you are outside of NB and within Canada. If you have questions about that, please reach out.

Yes. If your extended benefits include counselling therapy, you can be reimbursed for therapy. If you’re unsure what your plan covers, you can reach out to your insurance company directly. I can direct bill several insurance companies. Where direct billing isn’t available, you will receive a receipt to submit directly to your insurance provider.
