COUNSELLING SERVICES

Support for life’s tender & overwhelming transitions

I provide support grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that what you’re experiencing makes sense. Whether through individual counselling, support groups, or workshops, the goal is to help you feel more understood, supported, and connected to yourself through seasons of change.

1:1 Counselling

A space to slow down, process, and reconnect with yourself.

Individual counselling offers support for people navigating overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, grief, identity shifts, and major life transitions.

Together, therapy becomes a space to:

  • Make sense of what feels difficult or confusing

  • Explore emotional patterns with compassion

  • Understand nervous system responses and overwhelm

  • Build self-trust and emotional steadiness

  • Process grief, change, and identity shifts

  • Learn to honour your capacity and needs

My work integrates somatic and trauma-informed approaches while remaining grounded, relational, and human-first.

Areas of Focus Include:

  • Pregnancy & postpartum

  • Religious deconstruction & spiritual trauma

  • Relationship changes

  • Midlife shifts & identity transitions

  • Anxiety, overwhelm & burnout

  • Self-worth & shame

Support Groups

Because healing feels different when you realize you’re not alone.

There’s something powerful about being in a room (virtual or in-person) with people who understand what you’re carrying without needing a long explanation.

My support groups are designed to create connection, reduce isolation, and offer compassionate support through shared experiences.

Postpartum Support Group

The postpartum period can feel beautiful, exhausting, overwhelming, lonely — and everything in between. This group offers space for honest conversations around identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, relationships, matrescence, and the realities of early parenthood.

The goal isn’t to “do motherhood perfectly.”
It’s to feel supported within it.

Workshops

Practical support for navigating major life transitions together.

Workshops designed to support emotional wellbeing, relationships, and connection through seasons of change.

Bringing Baby Home Workshop

The transition into parenthood changes everything, including your relationship. The Bringing Baby Home workshop is a research-based program designed to help couples strengthen communication, maintain connection, and navigate the realities of early parenting as a team.

Often described as “a prenatal class for your relationship,” this workshop helps couples prepare for the emotional and relational shifts that can happen after bringing home a baby.

Couples learn tools to:

  • Strengthen friendship and connection

  • Navigate conflict with greater understanding

  • Maintain intimacy and teamwork

  • Support one another through stress and change

  • Build a strong foundation for their growing family

You don’t have to navigate this season alone.

Whether you’re looking for individual support, community, or tools to move through change with more steadiness and connection, there’s space for you here.
